"Handy, use Double Hit!" Handy flew at the offending Starly, but just before he got there, he stopped and fell. "Rats! Fine, Pidgeo, use Gust!"

Dante was now training his Eevee. ((I'm not going into details as to how he is doing that.))

Pidgeo knocked out the Starly, as well as knocking over a few Geodudes in the area and blowing leaves and twigs out of the surrounding trees. "Dang..."

You see a kid flailing about on the ground and a magicarp next to him doing the same.

"Uh... Fail."

(I told you he was crazy)
The kid gets up and starts to talk to his magicarp quietly.

"Umm..."

The kid walks over to you and says. "Hello have you by any chance seen a boy named Paul?"

"I think you mean 'Flail'." Dante said, cracking a joke as he walked up behind Sam.

"Yeah, I think so, actually."

"No. No we haven't," joked Paul. (Wookiee got off)

"Paul, is that you?"

"Mrrow." Sam, bored of this weirdness, went to go train.

"Do I know you?" queried Paul, lacking emotion for unknown reasons.

"Yes Paul, remember I go to your school. I wanted to battle everyone at school so I came looking for you."

"Uh... OK," vocalized Paul, clearly unsure of what to say.

"Remember tacos are healthy. So you ready to battle" he said while taking out a Pokeball." Oh... yeah, my name is Luke."

Paul stood there for a moment, dumbfounded. It was almost as if Luke forgot some quotation marks.

"Do you want to battle. Yes or no, It is a simple question.

"Er, not now? I think?" The mysteries around the seemingly missing quotation marks hurt Paul's brain.

"OK, maybe later then."

Dante continued to train his newly evolved Staravia and his Aipom, paying no attention what so ever to the new guy.

Sam did the same. "Come on, Shroomba! It can't be that hard to use Mach Punch without any hands!"

Dante laughed hysterically at his friend's remark.

Dante was sitting in the PokeCenter in Teranz Town, soaking wet from the marsh they went through. Mud had gotten into his clothes, but he had changed into a new set of the exact same clothes. He looked over at his Pokemon... They hadn't got wet. Even a little wet.

((If Sam is still dry... I will kill him.))

Sam had managed to stay reasonably dry. He only fell from the trees once or twice. He had taken "Monkey See, Monkey Do" to quite literally new heights as he followed Handy across the trees. "So why couldn't you follow your own Aipom?"
